Terms and conditions

1. Membership Contract Duration

  • Members commit to a minimum of 12 months.

  • Early cancellation may result in a fee or loss of credits.

2. Payment & Billing

  • Memberships are billed monthly or annually based on the chosen plan.

  • 30% discount applies to annual payments, and 15% applies to monthly.

  • Failed payments result in membership suspension until payment is resolved.

3. Credit Usage Policy

  • Credits can be redeemed for any facial aesthetic service.

  • Unused credits roll over as long as the membership is active.

  • Credits are non-transferable & non-refundable.

4. Booking & Cancellations

  • Priority booking is available for Silver, Gold & Platinum members.

  • Appointment cancellations within 24 hours result in a credit deduction.

  • Late arrivals (more than 15 min) may lead to reduced treatment time.

5. Membership Renewal & Cancellation

  • Memberships auto-renew unless canceled 30 days before renewal.

  • To cancel, members must submit a cancellation request in writing.

  • Refunds are not provided after the payment is processed.

6. Refund & Dispute Policy

  • Refunds are not available once the service is booked and completed.

  • Disputes regarding services must be reported within 7 days.

  • Memberships cannot be paused, transferred, or shared.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

  • All personal data is securely stored & not shared with third parties.

  • Members' data is used only for service-related communication.

8. Changes to Terms

  • The company reserves the right to update terms anytime.

  • Members will be notified of any major changes in advance.
